After having an experience in the past with an Agent who did not explain things clearly, who didn't take the time to really promote and work my listing. I was very happy to find Jean, and have her as my real estate agent . She represented me through four home buying/selling, selling/buying successful transactions. She took the time to show me comparable places and the reason she believed in a certain price.  Explained what she believed was the proper pricing for me as the seller and as a buyer. Every step thru the process between pricing, setting up appointments, many viewings right thru all necessary documentation/paperwork she made things so much easier for me. One of the houses she helped me sell, was a difficult one taking three years to sell. She worked really hard at extra promotions as it was a rural property. She came through for me, found a buyer never giving up hope and never asking me to lower the price.  She was always there, explaining things very clearly.
