After having an experience in the past with an Agent who did not explain things clearly, who didn't take the time to really promote and work my listing. Every step thru the process between pricing, setting up appointments, many viewings right thru all necessary documentation/paperwork she made things so much easier for me. One of the houses she helped me sell, was a difficult one taking three years to sell. She worked really hard at extra promotions as it was a rural property. She came through for me, found a buyer never giving up hope and never asking me to lower the price.  She was always there, explaining things very clearly. After each viewing, she would explain any feedback from viewers and or observations when I was looking to buy. She set expectations realistically based on market conditions at the time. It didn't matter how many places I asked to go view, she always took the time and made it happen. She always presented herself very professionally through the entire process, making me feel very comfortable with her knowledge.
